Admission & Regulation

Admission requirements

Our ESASO Institutional Courses are open to full ophthalmologist, residents, healthcare professionals and employees working in the ophthalmic realm.
The admission into any course requires prior completion of an ESASO registration account

Tuition fees

The tuition fee of each ESASO Courses is stated on the ESASO website in the specific course tile. Accommodation in the course city location is not included (possible exceptions are indicated in the course information)
The tuition fee usually also includes didactical material and lunches at the course venue.

Method of payment

Successful candidates receive a formal letter of acceptance from the ESASO Administration.

The amount of the fee may be then credited to a bank account.

Cancellations made up to 40 days prior to the beginning of the module will qualify for a refund of the payment amount received less a EUR 500.- administration fee.

Payment & Cancellation policy

The payment of the tuition fee automatically leads to full registration and is paid with one single advanced instalment prior to the beginning of the course. Full registration will be confirmed upon the payment of the tuition fee only.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Registration refunds will be granted if notification of cancellation is sent in writing to ESASO (Fabiana.zanotta@esaso.org or Mattia.silipo@esaso.org) up to 30 calendar days before the beginning of the event. After this notification time, refunds will not be possible, but candidates are given the chance to redirect their registration to another available ESASO course instead.  Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the event.
