Payment policy

All registered participants admitted in the ESASO Modules should pay the tuition fee as per the total amount stated in both the invoice and the admission letter within 2 weeks from the date of the invoice receipt without undue delay.  ESASO might freely decide to grant an extension of the payment deadline upon the receipt of a prompt applicable justification for the delay from the candidate.

The same justification must reach the ESASO Administration (administration@esaso.org) prior the expiration of the first set payment deadline.

The payment of the tuition fee automatically leads to full registration and is paid with one single advanced installment, usually 90 days prior to the beginning of the module.
