Lorenza Brescia is a young ophthalmologist, graduated in Medicine and Surgery cum laude in 2011 and completed her specialist training in Ophthalmology in 2018 at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, (Italy). She completed her PhD course in Medical Biotechnologies at School of Advanced Studies in Chieti University in 2022. Dr. Brescia is author and co-author of several articles published in peer-reviewed international journals and chapters book. Her research activity is focused on glaucoma diagnosis, treatment and surgery. Currently, she works at National High-Tech Centre in Ophthalmology and Department of Medicine and Aging Science of Chieti, Italy, as clinical fellow.
