NAHUM Yoav
Deputy Director, Department of Ophthalmology, Rabin Medical Center, Israel
Dr. Yoav Nahum was born in Israel on 1977. He studied Medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1999-2007). He performed his Residency Program in Rabin Medical Center (2008-2013) and a clinical fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at Villa Igea Hospital, Forlì, Italy (2014).
Currently he is a the deputy director and head of outpatient clinics at the department of Ophthalmology, Rabin Medical Center. He is a senior clinical lecturer of Ophthalmology at the Tel Aviv University since 2018.
Dr. Nahum’s areas of interest are lamellar keratoplasty techniques, ocular surface disease, refractive surgery, development of medical devices for ophthalmic surgery, structured innovation and creativity, patient flow management, competitive intelligence in healthcare, mindfulness meditation in healthcare and medical education.
He has approx. 50 Conferences/talks in National and International Meetings, 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals and several book chapters.
