Born in Russia in 1964.
Graduated from Pavlov’s State Medical University in 1987, passed the residency in Ophthalmology in 1988-1991.

Surgical seniority – 24 years; Specialization in cataract and refractive surgery. Holds the special course of up-to-date technology of cataract removal on the base of WetLab in St.Petersburg since 2000.

Surgical Activity: more than 3000 cataract procedures per year.
Participant of more than 30 Live Surgery events during international conferences and satellite symposiums, including AAO 2009 in San-Francisco, ASCRS 2006 in San Diego, MEACO 2007 in Dubai, 2009 in Bahrain, ESCRS in Berlin in 2008, 2009 WESCRS in Athens and 2012 WESCRS in Prague
Since 1998 – Member of ESCRS, ASCRS;
Since 2001 – International member of American Academy of Ophthalmology.
